At Zyni.in, all products are printed on demand specifically for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer preference.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@zyni.in with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Replacement
In eligible cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
