How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If available in your area, the COD option will appear during checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
Can I exchange my T-shirt?
We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement if approved.
Do the colors match exactly?
Actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting.
How should I wash my T-shirt?
- Wash inside out
- Cold water only
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on embroidery
- Air dry for best results
